If your order arrived incomplete, please note not all items ship together. If you received a "Partially Shipped" email, the rest of your order is still being processed or is in transit. If you believe we have made an error with your order, please submit the form below.
 

Please do not return your order without receiving instructions from us first. All shipping charges for damaged returns are covered by Theme Kitchen. However if you return an order without receiving authorization, the shipping costs you incur will not be reimbursed.
