How to Order
Your shopping bag contains all the items you selected while shopping. By clicking on "My Bag" at the top of our site, you may add or delete items or change quantities. Once you add the items you want to purchase to your cart, click the "Checkout" button to place your order. Theme Kitchen offers a three-step checkout:
STEP ONE: YOUR INFORMATION
You will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information for your order. The shipping address can be different from your billing. Please note, your billing address must match the billing address on your credit card.
You will be asked to enter an email address (OPTIONAL). By providing your email, you will receive:
- Your Order Receipt by Email
- Updates About Your Order
- Your Shipment Confirmation with Tracking Number
Returning Customers
If you have shopped with Theme Kitchen before and created an account, simply use the link at the top of this page to log in to your account.
STEP TWO: ORDER OPTIONS
Here, you may choose your preferred shipping method. You will be asked to agree to our shipping, return and privacy policies.
You may also enter any discount codes or gift certificates you may have.
STEP THREE: REVIEW AND PAYMENT
Here, you may review your order total and choose your form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal). Once you are ready to place your order, click the "Process Order" button. Please only click the button once to avoid being double charged.
CONFIRMATION
A final summary and confirmation of your order will be provided to you, which you may print out. You may use the order number on this page to track the status of your order online if you created an account with us. An email is automatically sent confirming your order if an email address was provided.
New Customers:
If this is your first purchase with us, you have the choice to create a login and password if you wish. You are not required to create an account with Theme Kitchen to purchase. However, using our login feature allows you to track your orders, view your order history, and save your standard shipping information with us, which saves time during checkout.
For your security, we do not store any credit card information in your online account. If you have any concerns about privacy, please review our privacy policy.
If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply leave the login and password fields blank.
