Theme Kitchen offers a 60-day money back guarantee on all purchases! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we will happily return or exchange it.
Easy Returns
To return or exchange an item, please fill out our return request form to obtain a Return Authorization. We will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Once your return has been received, a refund for the subtotal of your order will be processed and you should receive your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will only be given to returns received within 60 days from the date of purchase. For all others, store credit will be issued.
- Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging may be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- We recommend you utilize tracking or delivery confirmation for your return. Theme Kitchen is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs (incurred during the initial purchase and for returns) for non-defective merchandise are non-refundable.
PACKAGES/SETS: If you wish to return only a portion of a set or package you purchase, the items you keep will be calculated individually based on their normal retail price and deducted from your return.
BONUS ITEMS: If you make a purchase that includes a free bonus item(s), the free item(s) will need to be included in your return. If the free item(s) has been used or you wish to keep it, the cost of the item(s) will be deducted from your return.
FREE SHIPPING: If you received our Free Shipping promo, the actual shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your return.
Defective Merchandise
We do our best to ensure orders arrive safely. However, occasionally orders will be damaged during shipment. If this has occurred, simply fill out our replacement request form.
Order Shortage
If your order arrived incomplete, please note not all items ship together. If you received a "Partially Shipped" email, the rest of your order is still being processed or is in transit. If you believe we have made an error with your order, simply fill out our replacement request form.
Backorders and Discontinued Items
We do our best to keep our inventory updated, but occasionally a backordered or discontinued product will be made available for purchase. If you purchase an item that is on backorder, you may choose to wait for the item to return to stock or receive a timely refund. If an item you have purchased has been discontinued, a refund will be processed for the full amount of the product plus any shipping charges associated with that item.
